Our Cuisine

In our restaurant we offer a seafood cuisine inspired by Venetian traditions. The restaurant is family-run and the kitchen is managed by more than 25 years by Ivana, wife of Lucio Bisutto.

We offer many seafood entrees, including Puréed Salt Cod Fish With “polenta”, "schie" (a type of Prawn) with "polenta", "granseola" (a type of crab), "cappesante" to the oven, and on request also lobster in sauce. You can also order our mixed seafood appetizer with all specialties. On request, we can prepare appetizers with oysters, truffles and shrimps raw.


As first course we recommend the fish pie made according to the traditional recipe of the island of Pellestrina, or the "spaghetti alla bùsera" with prawns, zucchini and a spicy tomato sauce and seafood "risotto".


For main courses we reccomend baked turbot with potatoes prepared according to the traditions of Venice, or mixed frying fresh fish from the Adriatic Sea and the mixed Grill of fish with sea bream, sea bass, sole, prawn, cuttlefish.


Every day we prepare homemade our cakes and desserts including the tiramisu, the cream puff pastry, Almond Cake and chocolate cake.
