How to reach us
The Restaurant Giorgione is located in Via Garibaldi in the typical and traditional Castello District, one of the last places in Venice where you can breath an original atmosphere far from
tourist itineraries.
It's near the Modern Art Exposition "Biennale di Venezia" and the palace of "Arsenale di Venezia".
Restaurant is easily reachable both from Piazzale Roma (terminal for cars and buses) and Railway Station "Santa Lucia" with public transports.
Our restaurant is 20-25 minutes from St. Mark’s Square by foot.
From "Piazzale Roma" you can take the public boat line 5.1 direction Lido (35 minutes) or line 1 direction Lido (1 hour) and get off at stop "Giardini Biennale" for line 5.1 or "Giardini" for
line 1 (to more information you can see www.actv.it).
Then you have to walk along the river of lagoon ("fondamenta") on the left, take on the right boulevard "viale Garibaldi" and at the end turn left in via Garibaldi. We are about 100 meters on the
left.
From Saint Mark's Square, you can take line 1 direction Lido, get off stop "Giardini" and follow the previously indications or you can walk along Riva degli Schiavoni, take on the left
Garibaldi street, we are in the middle of the street on the right (about 20-25 minutes by foot from St. Mark's Square).
